UCD to host SIPP meeting

The UCD Centre for Plant Science is delighted to be hosting the upcoming Society of Irish Plant Pathologists meeting in the UCD O'Brien Centre for Science on 05 and 06 December 2017.

The programme for this meeting includes a half day workshop on cereals and cereal technology, including talks on cereal disease resistance and breeding technologies, cereal variety testing, chemical control of pests and pathogens and pathogen adaptation and virulence

The programme also includes a short visit to the UCD Rosemount Environmental Research Station.

The second day is given over to student research presentations. Abstracts are currently being accepted and can be submitted online as part of the registration process. If you have any difficulties with the registration, you can contact Richard O'Hanlon, SIPP Secretary.
